This sealer lets you Vacuum package all types of foods including dry foods, cheese, and liquid-rich foods like fresh meats, soups, marinades and stews. The food can then be stored, frozen, boiled in bag or prepared sous vide. The Vacuum sealer has a 2 gallon bag and an 11″ heat seal bar. It ships with a supply of fifty 1-Quart bags and fifty 2-Quart bags included so that you can get to work right away. The machine works with Waring Commercial bags as well as other manufacturers’ bags. The Vacuum chamber is stainless steel.
